Good Morning Friends!!

I can't get over how beautiful this month is.  The weather is mild and gorgeous.

No wind.  The sun is shining {but not tooooo hot....}

Oh, how I love September!

If only if t could be September all year around... 

My husband informed me that it is September only about 1/12 of the year....

Thanks Hon....!!!

 I have to keep positive and soak it up as long as I can!

Here is a custom order I sewed for Megan 

 
She wanted a Melissa burlap handbag, but without potato sack print.

She has great taste, because it turned out fun.

Shabby Chic Burlap

A scrumptious shabby chic combination of fringe, a petite flower print, and {of course} a real potato sack.

Messenger bags are so convenient to carry around because they truly keep your hands free. The ribbon tie at the top keeps the bag securely closed.

A big pocket on the front of the potato sack bag is handy for phone, lipstick, keys and the like.

The back of the burlap messenger bag features the potato sack with the print going sideways.

This bag is soooooo much fun: stylish and rustic at the same time!

Awesome shabby chic bag, if I say so myself. I love carrying it around because it makes me feel stylish and young and funky, all at the same time.....

Easy Country Chic Repurposed Potato Sack Pillows

Potato Sack Pillows are so fun!
And to avoid scratchiness for your Sunday afternoon nap, the back side is soft SOFT soft....
Just flip it over.
I also really like the way down pillow forms make the pillow easy to shape and make it nice and fluffy.....

They are just wow!
